Disaster Relief
Our church is a registered shelter for displaced victims of natural disasters (like Hurricane Harvey). We need volunteers ready to help at the building. (Contact: Jennifer Smith)
Park Place Sunday Worship
Every Sunday morning, we provide a song leader and sermon for the residents of Park Place Manor. (Contact: Roy & Nora Lane)
Park Place “First Monday Night” Singing
On the first Monday night of each month, a group visits and sings with Park Place residents. (Contact: Dave Jarratt)
Food Pantry
We provide food for those in our community! Volunteers serve on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (Contact: Sammi Moore)
Meals on Wheels Delivery
During the month of October, we deliver meals to local residents who cannot easily leave their home. (Contact: Jane Anne Cox)
Help with Funeral Meals
We provide a meal at the church for family members. (Contacts: Becky Wilks and Pat Pilkington)
Body of Christ Clinic Meals
Every quarter, we provide a meal for volunteers who serve at this free medical/dental clinic. (Contact: Jan Elliott)
Soft Touch
This ministry sews pillows, etc. for hospital patients. (Contact: Helen Fritz)
Threads of Love
This ministry sews clothing, etc. for NICU babies. (Contacts: Carol McKissick and Becky Wilks)
Christian Farms-Treehouse
Meet once a week for Bible study with CFTH clients. Provide food for a CFTH lunch on the first Sunday of each month. (Contact: Raymond Chapman)
Project Apple Tree

Study Groups
Study Groups are focused learning more about God and the Bible. If you’d like to help teach, let us know!
Life Groups
Life Groups are all about building community and fellowship. Leaders, co-leaders, and hosts help members build closer relationships with each other.
Interest Groups
Interest Groups are based on a shared hobby or interest. Let us know if you’d like to start a new one!
Prayer Room Partner
Pray in the Prayer Room during Sunday worship. Pray for our church, for our ministries, and also pray with anyone who comes in wanting a prayer partner.

Teachers & Helpers
We have children’s classes for all ages. Teachers and assistants help our next generation grow!
Kid’s PRAISE!
After the Lord’s Supper, our kids age 3-K participate in age-appropriate worship and activities.
Nursery
During worship services, we provide a safe environment for kids ages 0–3.
Childcare for Events
For some adult events, we provide childcare. This service allows parents to enjoy the event without being worried about their kids.
Work Room & Supplies
Maintain the work room, and help prepare pre-packaged supplies for children’s classes.
Event Photographer & Videographer
Take pictures and/or video for church events.
Plan/Help with Fellowship Events
We have a variety of fellowship events (e.g. potlucks, homemade ice cream night) that need people to help plan, setup, and/or cleanup.
Small Kitchen Coordinator
Make sure our small “coffee kitchen” is organized and fully stocked. Can’t run out of coffee! (Contact: Kelley Hamm)

Teach Study Groups
Teach or team-teach for a quarter at a time.
Annual Fall Retreat
This is a two-night event that takes place outside of the Belton/Temple area.
Annual Spring Ladies’ Day
This is a half-day event that occurs at the church.
Ladies’ Night Out
Low-pressure, fun night out to help women build relationships in our church.
Women’s Service Project
Plan/find a project in which women can serve.

Help lead/manage overall men’s ministry.

Plan special events for men’s ministry.

Assist in Teen Class
Help the teacher in the high school and/or middle school classes.
Host a Devotional
Provide a location and meal for a devo.
Decorate for Special Events
Help prep for events like Christmas parties
Coordinate Special Projects

Sponsor Trip/Events
Serve as an adult chaperone and mentor.
Decorate Bulletin Boards
Design and decorate youth boards at various times of the year.
Event Photographer & Videographer
Take pictures and/or video for youth events.
Sponsor Scholarships
Provide financial resources for students wanting to attend camps/retreats.
Coach LTC Event
Leadership Training for Christ (LTC) helps children and teens learn skills for the kingdom of God. Each event requires at least one coach.
Assist with LTC
Help coaches and/or help chaperone at the LTC conference (during Easter weekend)
Repair Items in Youth Room
If you’re handy, this is a job for you!
Provide Donuts
Provide sugary encouragement to our teens.
